MercurialをEclipseから使うためのプラグイン：

Highlights: 
 * Synchronize multiple repositories at once in the synchronize view 
 * New history graph rendering

 * Support for Eclipse 4.2 / Juno and previously supported versions 

This is the first release to use the JavaHg library [1] for 
interaction with Mercurial via Mercurial's command server.

2.0未満のMercurialEclipse(旧HgEclipse)についてはEclipse MarketPlaceからは1.8系、javaforge.comからは最新の1.9.1がリリースされています。とはいえ、2.0系も開発は活発に行われているようですので、今後の新規インストールであえて1.8/1.9系を選ぶ理由は無いでしょう(2.0系でよほどバギーな部分がない限りは)。

MercurialEclipseではプロジェクトの上位ディレクトリの".hg"を認識してくれます。

Mercurialリポジトリに複数のEclipseプロジェクトが、階層分けして格納されている場合、EclipseにMercurialEclipseの"Projects from Local Mercurial Repository"でインポートしても、ちゃんと上位の".hg"を認識してくれて、MercurialEclipseの機能を利用できます。

例1:単純な1層構造

root/

        .project
        .classpath
        src/...
    proj2/
        .project
        .classpath
        src/...

例2:2層構造以上

root/
    .hg/
    main/
        proj1/
            .project
            .classpath
            src/...
    sub/
        proj2/
            .project

proj1, proj2をEclipseにインポートすると、ちゃんとそれぞれMercurialEclipseの機能を使えます。

これでもう、Eclipseプロジェクトごとにbitbucketでリポジトリ作る必要ありません。
